The challenges caused by the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) are impacting every individual, every country and every business around the world.
Kwik-ZIP is committed to supporting the government and community efforts to limit the spread of the virus, and the health and safety of our staff, customers, business partners, and all of their respective families is a top priority.
Whilst we are operating as normal and happy to provide support and assistance with respect to your spacer and centralizer requirements, we have taken a number of steps to ensure the safety of all during the current COVID-19 outbreak.
We have ceased face to face customer contact and all business-related travel until it is deemed safe to return to normal. We have tested, and are currently implementing remote work practices for all our staff. We are practicing social distancing best practices where the need arises for face to face activities, and day to day business is being conducted via telephone and e-mail.
As per normal practice we maintain ample inventory in our Sydney and Bunbury Warehouses, and in the short-term do not anticipate any stock issues arising.
Whilst our logistics providers are still currently operational, the impact of additional processes and practices they are implementing with respect to COVID-19 along with some reduction in capacity, may mean that deliveries take longer than normal and freight charges may increase.
The current exchange rate fluctuations will result in price increases to our product range, although we will be closely monitoring the situation and reviewing pricing if the Australian Dollar recovers.
We believe we have implemented appropriate actions to ensure business continuity as we all, as a worldwide community, work together to tackle the pandemic.
