Warranty and Returns Policy

The purchaser is deemed to have assessed the suitability of the goods for the intended application and to the extent permitted by law, kwik-ZIP’s liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is restricted, at kwik-ZIP’s option, to:

1. The replacement of the goods;
2. The payment of the cost of having the goods replaced;

Warranty claims for faulty goods shall be submitted to support@kwikzip.com within 30 days of receipt of order.

No returns will be accepted unless authorized in writing by kwik-ZIP. Return shipping instructions will be provided for such authorized claims.
