The New HD Series Pipe Spacer / Centralizer from kwikZIP is ideally suited for Trenchless and Pipeline applications.

The introduction of the HD Series range means that kwikZIP Centralizers and Spacers are now available for pipe diameters from 0.70″ upwards.

made from heavy duty engineering thermoplastics and rated to 80 deg C / 176 deg F with no metal parts.

special bow spring design allows use on heavy weight pipe.
curved bow profile and low friction coefficient allows for easy insertion of carrier pipe into the casing.
the segmented design fits all pipe diameters from 4″ and above with additional segments added as diameter increases.
rapid onsite assembly.
segment design and packaging allows for low inventory and trasporting costs.
various bow heights available for different carrier pipe / casing diameter combinations.
intergrated rubber grip pads prevent movement on the pipe.
suitable for all pipe materials including PVC, Poly, Steel, Fibreglass and GRP etc..
